Italian White Sourdough

This Italian white sourdough (semola) is made using simple ingredients and according to the traditional Apulian way.

We love ours toasted and filled with some of our favourite deli products, including meat, cheese & vegetable antipasti. Also a great bread to use for bruschetta.
