Pecorino Brigante, 200g
A young Sardinian Pecorino from the north of the island that is aged for about three weeks. Brigante is semi-soft in texture, quite pale in colour with a sweet and refined taste. Preserving an intense aroma of milk, it is the perfect balance between flavour and freshness.
Perfect on a cheese platter or antipasti board, it's also wonderful when enjoyed with chutney, honey or jam on bread at the end of a meal.
