This white truffle olive oil has been infused with the fresh earthy flavours of white truffles. Lighter in flavour than black truffles, this oil is great to give a burst of flavour with a seductive aroma.

San Pietro a Pettine is a family-operated business located in Trevi, Umbria, the home to some of Italy's best truffles. They have been harvesting, cultivating and processing white and black truffles to the highest standards.

Wonderful when added to meaty dishes or heavier sauces, as well as added to pasta dishes. Lovely also to finish off pizzas with a wonderful truffle aroma.
